One's ability to wait in order to obtain something that one wants is defined as "Delayed Gratification". A lot of us claim to be patient and calm during times when we are really tested and the situation around doesn't seem to change much despite of patiently waiting or rather hoping it will change..
What I realize is lacking in this situation is the action, along with patience and hope for the situation to change for better one day. Talking about changing things for better, please accept my humble apologize for the brief absentism from my blog owing the most common form of side effect of the ever changing and strange weather in my city, Mumbai where it rains like it never rained before for hours and the gets hot as one of the hottest days in summer, "Viral fever".
I've been down feeling sick, stuck to my bed when at home and my computer and chair when at work. I hardly am left with any energy to switch on my computer, nonetheless, I update my blog as much as possible via my BlackBerry phone.
During the time I'm laying on my bed, the thought of how good things are always in the form of delayed gratification came into my mind. This reminds of what I once read in a small restaurant that always stayed crowded, "All good things take time to get ready, please be patient"
I believe, how I react to a situation is what defines me than the situation I am in.
Been a believer, helps. Keep praying as He is listening and will answer when the time is right.
God bless you all,
Until tomorrow, this is yours truly, signing off..
Love, Hugs & Prayers,
Vinny
